About the role

Working in one of our payment teams, you will be responsible for several areas across the spectrum of payments, fraud and finance. Topics could include:

  • Integration of payments / fraud with the platforms
  • Supporting the growth of car, taxi and other forms of ground transport by identifying and working with teams to implement innovative payment solutions for customers and suppliers
  • Ensuring we have scalable finance solutions related to fraud and payments

These initiatives will form a significant part of the BookingGo vision and strategy over the next 3 years and all contribute to an increasingly ‘frictionless’ experience for our customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and lives to delight our customers. You get the importance of solid discovery, to dig into customer desirability, commercial viability, idea feasibility, and operationalisation of your ideas. Being both customer and commercially-focussed comes naturally to you. You will report directly into a Senior Product Owner. Key responsibilities

To successfully deliver change in a fast-paced working environment you will need to:

Develop a deep understanding of current and future customer, business and supply partner needs

Work with the Senior Product Owner and other senior stakeholders to define the overall strategy vision for your product to deliver against those needs

Work collaboratively with a delivery team of developers, designers and testers to design and deliver products to delight our customers

Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of your product including wider integration with

Work with agile coaches and your team to drive continuous efficiency improvements

Communicate with multiple key stakeholders to keep them up to date and bought into your product development.

3+ years’ experience working as a product owner or similar role

Proven experience of working effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrable experience especially in the discovery phase
