Role Accountabilities

  • Own supplier profitability reporting & forecasting
  • Support supplier planning & forecasting process for Commercial Department, and regular reporting highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Develop rebate tracking models linking into supplier forecasting highlighting risk and opportunities, ensuring that these feed into trading decisions where necessary
  • Support destination level reviews, providing data on the current set up and potential pricing opportunities
  • Support the business by providing information and insight into past, current and potential future trading, highlighting opportunities and risks to improve business performance
  • Support Commercial team projects from financial decision making point of view
  • Other ad hoc analysis as required by the team

Person Specification

Knowledge / Experience

  • Newly Qualified Accountant or exam finalist
  • Relevant degree in Business, Accountancy, or Economics
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Excel

  • Strong commercial acumen and numerical skills
