This senior role, is a chance to drive performance management and lead the development of long term strategy and delivery of an improved, innovative data environment, leading on the development, prototyping and embedding of data visualisation techniques, MI design, development and delivery, in order to provide a clear view of business performance and information associated with this,  as well as changes to reporting and analytics as a result of continuous improvement strategy and take the department to a new level of operational excellence. This critical area and function will enable and ensure executive level decision making is informed and can deliver a clear commercial and customer focussed strategy.

If you are that individual, you will take on the leadership of a brand new function and take full responsibility for the development of this new team.

Working at senior level, there will be a requirement for stakeholder engagement throughout the business to scope requirements, drive best practice and build cross –departmental relationships to optimise the business/MI function.

There are high expectations for this role and you will be measured by the achievement of current and future stretch targets for service levels across all channels – telephony, email, chat, SMS and social media, coupled with clear demonstration of how your contribution to working processes and overall strategy have helped to drive this success, as well as team engagement score of 80% or higher in future colleague surveys.
