Personal data submitted by you

As part of the application process, you will be required to submit personal data, otherwise we will not be able to process your application. This includes personal data such as:

  • Your contact information e.g. home address, email address and phone number;

  • Job role applied for;
  • Assessment result (if applicable);
  • Employee referral or other sources e.g. LinkedIn.

We may also obtain personal data about you from third parties such as recruitment agencies, employee referrals, LinkedIn. The personal data you submit directly and any additional personal data received about you from third parties will be used to assess your skills and suitability for career opportunities at and to process your application.



We may share your personal data with members of the group to assess whether your application is suitable for the job role you have applied for. Your personal data will be accessed employees or agents of the group on a need to know basis. We may need to involve service providers to process your personal data. Depending on the job role, you may be requested to perform an online assessment to establish whether you meet certain job requirements (e.g. language tests, job preview and competency test if you want to work for the customer service team, language tests and translation tests if you want to work for the content team, or a coding test if you want to work as a software developer). A decision could be taken by automated means (i.e. algorithms) which you will receive via an automatically generated notification. Your assessment results shall be automatically transferred to and will be part of your application file. Your assessment results may be used to provide specific training and/or coaching during the employment with and your assessment results may be shared with managers and/or coaches for this purpose.  If you do not meet the assessment requirements, your job application procedure shall be terminated.
